On February 25, 2020, at approximately 1:25pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tykendrus Harper, 18, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with residential burglary and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Harper was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 26, 2020, at approximately 4:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Raymond Remaker, 25, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with domestic battery in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief first degree, and served failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Remaker was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On March 1, 2020, at approximately 2pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ricardo Manzanares, 29, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with aggravated assault on a family member, domestic battery 2nd degree, 2 counts of domestic battery 3rd degree, and resisting arrest. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of North Elm Street, in Hope. Manzanares was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
