On February 28, 2023 at approximately 7:20am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Johnny Navarrete, 32, of Hope, AR. Mr. Narvarrete was arrested and charged with 5 counts of introduction of controlled substance into body of another person. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of North Prichard Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Narvarrete was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On March 1, 2023 at approximately 8:52am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Leroy Booker Jr., 32, of Hope, AR. Mr. Booker was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on family member and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of North Margaret Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Booker was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
