Mr. Moss was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit a BAC test, and endgangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd degree. . Ms. Reed was arrested and charged with drinking on the highway, endangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd degree, and served a foreign warrant service.

Arrests & Charges:
On January 31, 2020, at approximately 2:45pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ricky D. Stuart, 43, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with possession of a controlled substance –methamphetamine, possession of instruments of crime, and failure to appear. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of North Washington Street, in Hope. Stuart was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 5, 2020, at approximately 9am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kristi Brown, 41, Hope, Arkansas and charged her with two counts of aggravated assault on a family member. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Brown was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
