On August 4th, 2023, at approximately 2:00pm, officers with the Hope Police Department charged Rodney Eason, 24, of Hope, AR with Theft of Property. Mr. Eason had been previously arrested in Mississippi and extradited back to Arkansas. Eason is currently in the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
