Mr. Burgess was charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Testing,
Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule IV-Alprazolam), Possession of a Controlled
Substance (Schedule VI-Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Schedule II-Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Burgess was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
