On April 29, 2020 at approximately 7:30pm, Hope fire and police Departments were dispatched to 821 West 7th Street in Hope, Arkansas in reference to a house fire.

First responders arrived on scene and observed the home to be engulfed in flames. Witnesses on scene advised responders that a person was still inside the residence. A short time later, firemen recovered the body of four year old Cameron Loudermill, of Hope.

No foul play is suspected at this time.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
