Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced a nation wide mask mandate upon entering Walmart and Sam's stores at the press conference today in Conway, Ar. The executive order was handed down by the retail giants today; beginning July 20, 2020 they will require all customers to wear masks at all locations across the country.

"Obviously this will be another step in the direction of education, of making sure we do everything we can from a business standpoint to a personal responsibility standpoint in protecting others as well as ourselves," Hutchinson stated regarding Walmart's decision to require masks.
