You may be aware that Hope Water & Light has done a few pilot projects for bringing fiber to homes and businesses and they are now considering bringing fiber to all of their customers.

Hope Water & Light has hired a firm to do a telephone survey of a random sample of their customers and hope that if you’re called that you will agree to take the survey.  

This is NOT a sales call and you WILL NOT be asked to buy anything. The survey will launch Thursday, June 4, 2020.

Your input is important as a community owned utility and your response will be factored into potential long term decisions HWL may make related to additional services such as Broadband Internet and Voice telephone service.
