Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police have been notified by the state medical examiner that the remains of a man’s body found earlier this week have been identified as those of Howard Earl Holmes, 70, of Wynne. The Arkansas State Police is continuing its investigation into Holmes’ death. Anyone with information about Holmes’ whereabouts dating back as far as November 2nd this year is asked to contact the Arkansas State Police or the Wynne Police Department.
