Jalen St. John Transferring

FAYETTEVILLE - Arkansas second-year freshman reserve offensive lineman Jalen St. John has put his name in the transfer portal it was learned Monday evening after he did not practice with the Razorbacks Monday morning.

St. John, 6-5, 330 of St. Louis, removes himself from the squad as the Razorbacks continue practicing this week on campus for their Jan. 1 Outback Bowl against Penn State in Tampa, Fla.

So far Razorbacks kickoff man Vito Calvaruso, the Razorbacks lone regular in the portal, and reserves Josh Oglesby, a running back, defensive tackles Andy Boykin and Solomon Wright, linebacker J.T. Towers, receiver Darin Turner, safety Jermaine Hamilton-Jordan and now St. John have submitted their names in the transfer portal.

Two starters, first-team All-SEC junior receiver Treylon Burks, and graduate transfer defensive end Tre Williams have withdrawn from the team to prepare for NFL draft workouts.
