Jr. Lady Saints Beat CMA 30-22
Hope- The Jr. Lady Saints coming off an OT loss to ACA, hit the floor running on Thursday as they jumped out to an early lead against CMA. A late surge at the end of the first half, capped off by a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from Preslee Peck, gave Garrett Memorial a double-digit lead at the break. Great on-ball defense from Abby Mendoza and Gracie Bullock led to a couple of layups to put the game out of reach. CMA went on a little run late in the fourth to make the deficit 30-22.

Preslee Peck followed up her triple-double with a 20 point, 16 rebound performance on Thursday to lead the Lady Saints. Peck also added 3 blocks. Abby Mendoza had a great all-around game with 6 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. Gracie Bullock and Lexi Crane each scored 2 points. Bullock added 8 rebounds. Payton Anderson had 3 rebounds and Josie Pinner, Lainee Almand, and Megan Flowers each had rebounds.

The Jr. Lady Saints are back in action next week in Nevada.
