Jr. Saints Protect Home Court, Beat Gospel Light in Straight Sets
Hope- It was the home opener for the Jr. Lady Saints and they did not disappoint the home crowd, as they cruised to a straight set victory 25-6, 25-19. Blayklee Glass played a heck of a game all-around the floor as she posted 4 aces, a kill, and 4 digs. After the game Blayklee spoke about the teams big win, "It feels good to win the first home game of the season, it was a hard battle but we got it done." Abby Mendoza continues to impress, as she served up 3 aces, 1 kill, and 3 digs in yet another good game for her. Josie Pinner was handing out aces like a blackjack dealer, as she served up a team-high 6 aces to help lead the Lady Saints to victory. Zoe Robertson had a great night, as she had 5 aces, 1 kill, and controlled the net throughout the game. Lexi Crane and Gracie Bullock each had 2 aces and played a great back row for the Lady Saints. Friday night was a great bounce back win for the Jr. squad, who were all ready to get out there and get back to their winning ways.

You can find the Jr. Lady Saints back in action on Monday night as they travel to Texarkana to take on the Lady Warriors of Trinity Christian.
