Kadiya Curry crowned Queen at Nevada High School Homecoming Coronation
The gym was overflowing with excitement during the Nevada High School Homecoming Coronation Ceremony today where Kadiya Curry was crowned queen. Curry and the Homecoming Maids from each class, along with their escorts, were presented to the crowd along with a brief description of each student's achievements. The guys and gals of this royal court were met with great applause, and they brightened the gym with their radiant smiles. 

Following the coronation was a pep rally, which showcased the talents of the Blue Jay Band and Cheerleaders, making for another fun-filled event for Spirit Week. The full 2023 Nevada High School Homecoming Court is listed below.

8th Grade Maids - Khloe Haynie and Ze’Laya Jones

9th Grade Maids - Izabella English and Jocelyn Autry

10th Grade Maids - Nakya Brown and Zaybreuna Harris

11th Grade Maids - Karleigh Carlton and Reagan Gammage

Senior Maids - Heather Campbell, Jaina Murphy, Mackenzie McMullan, and Ze’Miah Morgan

Crown Bearer - Kylar Haley

Princess - Brinley Morris
