Kenneth Harvel, a candidate for Hempstead County Judge will host a meet and greet January 15, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Fair Park Community Center. This will be open to the public where Mr. Harvel will be available for any questions the constituents of Hempstead County may have. The Fair Park Community Center is located inside Fair Park at 137 Fair Park Hope, Arkansas.
