The Klipsch Heritage Museum Association hosted the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee this morning to kick off The Paul W Klipsch Birthday Weekend Bash, The Pilgrimage.    Refreshments were served to guests on a table in the center of the room with a Paul W Klipsch birthday cake and cookies along with other sweet and savory snacks.

Secretary of the Board, Denise Cooper said, “The Klipsch Museum of Audio History is proud to celebrate the birthday of Paul W. Klipsch. We are very thankful for the support of the Chamber of Commerce. We appreciate everybody coming out today to help us celebrate a man who has brought jobs into Hope and whose museum years later now brings revenue into the City of Hope.”

She went on to talk about events that will be held over the weekend, “We're going to have people from all over the United States flying in this weekend to have fun at the pilgrimage and we encourage everybody in Hope to come to the concert on Saturday night.  There will be food, Chief Bonehead Fajitas, and live music. Friday night, we're going to be here at the museum just listening to music on Klipsch speakers and hanging out. Saturday night, The Pepaw Collective, which is Matt Whatley, as well as LB and The Riff Raff, which is Lee Brooks, who works for Roy Delgado Jr., Senior Principal Engineer at Klipsch and our chair of the board.  We're looking forward to that, it’s going to be a fun weekend,” Cooper said.

Executive Director of the Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce, Christy Burns said, “I am so excited for the Paul W Klipsch Birthday Weekend Bash. It is always a great success, and we appreciate everything that KHMA does for the community.“
