The Kiwanis International 12U softball team won first place for their 11-0 undefeated season! These athletes were awarded medallions from HBSU and gold first-place rings from their coach, Melanie Griffith, who said she was proud of the team.

"These girls gave it their all for the entire season, and they learned hard work pays off!" Griffith said. "As a coach and a parent, I couldn't be more proud. I appreciate all of their efforts and dedication, as well as that of our sponsor, the Kiwanis Club."
