July 19, 2022, Hope, Arkansas, Klipsch Heritage Museum Association (KHMA) voted to receive two, additional board members who will represent Hope and Hempstead County on the KHMA Board of Trustees.  Jeff Madlock and Mark Ross accepted the positions and will now serve alongside another KHMA Board of Trustees member in Hope, Mayor Don Still.

Jeff Madlock has been the Technology Coordinator for the Hope Public School District for over 30 years.  He also served as the band director for HPSD for a decade.  Jeff continues to perform regularly as a freelance symphonic and jazz bassist. 

Mark Ross is a co-owner of Caney Creek Estates Mobile Home Park as well as SWARK.Today.  He is currently a City of Hope Board of Director (Ward 1), Hempstead County Economic Development Corporation Board Member, and 2nd Vice President on the Hope Downtown Network Board. 

Richard Groves, Chairman of the KHMA Board stated, “We are excited to welcome Jeff and Mark as they begin their service on the board. These two men are not only committed to the community of Hope and Hempstead County, but they are also committed to the mission and vision of Klipsch Heritage Museum Association.”

The mission of Klipsch Heritage Museum Association is to foster interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics through the examples of Paul W. Klipsch.  KHMA’s vision is to restore, preserve, maintain and display Klipsch and Klipsch related artifacts and archival materials for historic purposes, as well as to conduct historical research and to host educational activities and events.
