Lady Bears Drop Tough Game to Horatio
Spring Hill- The Lady Bears hosted Horatio on Friday night in a big conference showdown. Horatio had a 6-2 lead after 3 innings of play, but Spring Hill would put up a 4-spot in the bottom of the 4th to tie the game up at 6-6. Lady Bears pitcher Emma Rhodes would put up zeroes in the 4th, 5th, and 6th innings to take the game into the final inning with the score tied. The Spring Hill defense could not get off the field before Horatio scored 2 runs in the final inning to win the game 8-6. 

Livi Tyree roped a triple and drove in 2 runs for the Lady Bears at the plate. Darby Coffee had a double and 2 RBI. and Zoey Varner and Carly Foster each had singles for Spring Hill. Emma Rhodes struck out 3 batters from the pitchers circle on Friday night. 

The Lady Bears are back in action on Tuesday night as they face Kirby.
