Lady Bears Fall to Gurdon 14-13 on Monday Night
Gurdon- The Lady Bears traveled to Gurdon on Monday for a non-conference game. The offense for both teams made an impact early and often. Gurdon erupted for 9 runs in the second inning as they took an 11-1 lead into the top of the third inning. The Lady Bears would score in every inning after that, including 3 runs in the 3rd and 4 runs in the 4th inning to cut into the Lady Go-Devils lead. Spring Hill added 3 more in the 6th and scored a run in the 7th inning. Gurdon would win the game 14-13. 

The Lady Bears banged out 16 hits, led by Livi Tyree as she had a 3-hit night for the Lady Bears with a double and 2 singles. She also stole a bag. Ava McBrayer smashed two doubles for Spring Hill and added an RBI. McBrayer added 2 stolen bases and was hit by a pitch. Recent SWARK.Today Player of the Week Cami Porter continued to swing the bat well, as she had a double and a single and drove in 2 runs. Emma Rhodes added a double, a single and stole 2 bags. Carly Foster had 2 singles and an RBI. Baili Butler had a single and 2 stolen bases. Alyssa Porter had 2 hits and scored a run, while Zoey Varner and Mazie Calhoun each added a single. 

Spring Hill travels to Magnet Cove on Tuesday and will play in the D-MAC Tournament this weekend in Hope.
