Lady Cat and Bobcat Tennis Squads Dominate DeQueen on Thursday, Go 7-2 in Matches

Hope Tennis Lady Cat Tennis 🎾 Bobcat Tennis 🎾

Hope- The Lady Cat Tennis team had a great night on Thursday, as the went 2-0 in Singles, and 2-1 in Doubles matches. Monica Bobo continues to dominate as she cruised to a 6-0 victory as she remains unbeaten on the season. Lydia Bobo has become a very consistent player this season, as she wins another match 6-2 and has put together a great streak of well played matches. In Doubles, Mykah Bradley and Madison Phillips won their match 6-3, as they are beginning to build some chemistry together on the court. Jamie Young and Grace Easterling won a hard-fought match 7-5 as they have became a really good duo on the court. Kennedy Phillips and Katie-Ella Webster dropped a tough Doubles match to a good Lady Leopards team.

In guys action, the Bobcats went a combined 3-1 as they got the best of the Leopards on Thursday. In Singles, James Artis won 6-3 in a well played match and Erick Salazar dropped his match 1-6 to a tough opponent. Riley Bramlett and Davis Johnson won 7-6 in a nail-biting tiebreaker game. Both Bramlett and Johnson have played very well this season. Jaden Rivera and James Artis won 6-4 as this duo is gaining a lot of momentum as the district tournament nears.

The Hope Tennis team is back in action on Monday as they host Arkadelphia.
