Lady Cats Drop Conference Game to DeQueen 1-0 on Thursday

DeQueen- The Lady Cats Soccer team headed to DeQueen on Thursday night for a showdown with rival DeQueen. DeQueen started the scoring off in the opening half of the game and that would prove to be the game-winner in the contest, as both defenses did a great job of limiting opportunities for either attack. The Lady Leopards clung to their 1-0 lead and did not allow Hope to get many looks at the goal. Angelica Soto played great at goalkeeper on Thursday and the defense of Jacqueline Reyna, Esme Leon, Yudit Dominguez, Brency Cabriales, Angelina Soto, and Cristal Aguilar played a key role in limiting DeQueen on opportunities.

The Lady Cats have a busy week coming up, as they have three conference games in three days, as they host Malvern on Senior Night Monday, travel to Arkadelphia on Tuesday, and travel to Morrilton on Wednesday.
