Khalaya Randle would scorch the nets on Tuesday for 17 points to lead the Hope offense, Randle also added 9 rebounds. Samiya Monk scored 8 points and was a perfect 4/4 from the free throw line. Nakiya Prevo would score 3 points for the Lady Cats, Alexis McDuffy, Bethany White, Tanasia Young, and Mahongani Ellis would each score 2 points for the Lady Cats, and Chaniya Williams would hit a free throw to score 1 point. Tanasia Young would also add 9 rebounds.Â
The Lady Cats traveled to Magnolia on Wednesday night for a tough conference matchup as they would drop the game, 53-24. Alexis McDuffy would lead the Lady Cats with 11 points on Wednesday night, Alexis got to the free throw line throughout the game as she shot 11/16 from the line. Khalaya Randle would score 8 points and grab 6 boards for Hope, Samiya Monk had 3 points, and Christina Rodriguez added 2 points.Â
The Lady Cats are back in action on Tuesday as they travel to Malvern.Â
