Madelyne Maclaughlin got the Lady Cats on the board in the first half, as she received a beautiful pass from Cristal Aguilar to find the back of the net, for Maclaughlin’s  third goal in the last two games. Aguilar and Maclaughlin have created some really good chemistry lately, as they will look to keep up the attack for Hope the rest of the year. 

The defense was good throughout for Hope, as the only goal allowed they allowed came on a penalty kick. GK Angelica Soto has played really well the last couple of games, coming off a shutout against Nashville last week. 

Hope is back in action on Wednesday as they host Magnolia in a big conference matchup.
