Arkadelphia- The Lady Cats found themselves trailing 1-0 at the half but fought back and took the lead in the second half. Only to have the Lady Badgers score a goal late to tie. It was a hard-fought tie for Lady Cats as they continue to show how resilient they are as a team. Madelyne Maclaughlin got the scoring started for Hope as she scored an impressive goal on a nice pass from Jasmin Rodriguez. Jasmin Rodriguez would go on to score a goal of her own late in the 2nd half. The tie brings the Lady Cats conference record to 2-0-1 as it is now a 3-way tie for first place between Hope, Bauxite, and DeQueen. The Lady Cats play host to Bauxite Tuesday in a big 4A South Conference matchup. The Lady Cats have been playing at a high level in conference play.
