Lady Cats Top Fairview 15-6 on Friday, Beat Arkadelphia Last Week
Camden- The Lady Cats hit the road on Friday night and headed to Camden-Fairview for a date with the Lady Cardinals. The offense did a great job of getting on base and causing problems for the Fairview pitchers, as the bases were full of Lady Cats throughout the game. Grace Trauger earned the win for the Lady Cats, as she struck out 6. Payton Rhodes led the way at the plate, as she had 3 hits and had 5 RBI. Tanasia Young had 2 hits, and lead-off hitter Ava Brown reached base 3 times. The Lady Cats played great defense as well, including turning a double play in a big spot in the game. 

Last Friday, the Hope softball team headed to Arkadelphia for a conference game, as the lady Cats came home with a 9-6 win as they continue their push towards a regional tournament birth. Ava Brown led the way at the plate as she smacked 4 hits and scored 3 runs for the Lady Cats. Chyna Tolliver had a 3-hit night at the plate and an RBI. Tanasia Young and Mycah Bradley each had 2 hits, and Maddison Brown had a hit and 2 RBI, and Grace Trauger added 2 RBI as well. Grace Trauger would pick up the win for the Lady Cats in the circle, with 7 strikeouts. 

The Lady Cats are back in action on Tuesday as they host Ashdown.
