The Lady Cats would go on to win the game 12-0 behind some great pitching by Payton Rhodes and some good defensive play. Rhodes tossed 5 shutout innings and recorded 4 strikeouts. Silbi Jones would strike out 5 batters for the Lady Saints. Maddison Brown and Bella Elliott would each lead Hope at the plate with 3 hits. Payton Rhodes would help her own cause as she had 2 hits and 3 RBI and catcher Yoshigei Gonzalez would have 2 hits 3 RBI as well. Ava Brown had an RBI single and Tanasia Young added a hit and 1 RBI, while Mycah Bradley added a single. The Lady Saints would only manage two hits on the night, as Mikayla Fields and Brailyn Almand each had a hit for Garrett. 

Hope is back in action tonight as they host DeQueen in a conference matchup at 4:30 at Lady Cat Field. 

Garrett Memorial is back in action on Friday night as they host Mineral Springs for Sr. Night. The game is at 3:30 with ceremonies to follow.
