Each team had a player light the scoreboard up as Ta'Keyla Williamson scored 29 points and led Blevins on the offensive end. Marcasja Glenn also had 18 points for the Lady Hornets.
For the Lady Jays, KeAsia Pearson scorched the nets for 33 points and added 5 rebounds. Kadiya Curry had 18 points and Jordin Haley added 7 points and 8 rebounds.
Blevins is back in action on Thursday as they travel to Umpire. Nevada has their home opener against Bradley on Friday night.
