Lady Jays Beat Lafayette Co. in Straight Sets
Lafayette Co.- The Lady Jays defeated the Lady Cougars in straight sets this past week 27-25, 25-15, 25-10. Alisha Gulley had  7 aces as she was excellent from the service line. CJ McCallie had a great game as well with 3 kills, 1 block, and 2 aces. Jill Pinner had 7 aces, 1 kill, and 1 dig. Leymy Contreras had 1 kill and 1 dig, and Zette Brown had 3 aces, 1 kill, and 1 dig. 

The Jr. Lady Jays got a big win as well, as Gracie Hunt had a great game with 9 aces. Raelyn Sampson had 5 aces, Jayde Murry had 3 aces, and Addie Ridling and Gabby Evans each had 1 ace. 

The Lady Jays are back in action Tuesday as they travel to Columbia Christian.
