Lady Jays Drop Game to Bearden 6-4
Nevada- It was the season-opener for the Lady Blue Jays as they started their season against Bearden on Tuesday night. Jillian Pinner started in the circle for Nevada and she tossed all 7 innings as she scattered 6 runs (4 earned) and posted a ridiculous 16 strikeouts as she missed a lot of bats. Offensively for the Lady Jays, Pinner helped her cause with an RBI, while Ke'Asia Pearson and Jordin Haley each had 2 hits. Reagan Gammage, Alisha Gulley, and Zette Brown each drove in runs for Nevada. The Lady Jays will travel to Columbia Christian on Thursday for a game with the Lady Crusaders.
