Lady Jays Drop Tough Game to Ouachita, Jr. Lady Jays Earn Big Win
Nevada- Tough night on the court for the Lady Jays, as they dropped their season opener to a good Lady Warriors team. Yasmine Harris had 7 points for the Lady Jays and Karleigh Carlton scored 5 points. This will be an exciting team to follow this season, especially when they start clicking. 

The Jr Lady Lady Jays put on a show Monday night, as they beat the Jr. Lady Warriors 30-24. Addie Ridling lit up the scoreboard for 15 points. Coach Beck spoke on Addie Ridling after the game, "Addie has improved alot and glad she got to show it tonight on the court." Gabby Evans also had a great night as she poured in 11 points and Ma'Kaylee Howell and Devan Griffith each had 2 points. The Jr. Lady Jays fought back after being down 7 points at the half. Nevada would then go to dominate the fourth quarter, as Ridling scored 9 of her game-high 15 in the final quarter to help the Jays complete the comeback. Also great team defense in the second half from the Jr. Lady Jays.
