The Lady Cats held a 6-1 lead after the first 3 innings of play, but the Lady Saints would storm back and put up 9 runs in the 4th inning and 4 more in the 5th to take the lead. Hope would tie the game at 14-14 with a 5-run 5th inning. The Lady Saints would score 2 runs in the 6th and Silbi Jones and the defense would record the final six outs of the game to give GMCS the 16-14 win. 

At the plate for GMCS, Baylee Pogue, Gracie Bullock, and Kat Morris each had 2 hits. Kyle Bullock and Silbi Jones would each record a hit as well. Brailyn Almand had 3 RBI and Blayklee Glass had 2 RBI. Heaven Garcia scored 3 runs and Josie Pinner scored and walked, while Rose Eskridge drew a pair of walks. Jones struck out 9 batters and picked up the win in the pitchers circle. 

For the Lady Cats, Maddison Brown and Kennedy Phillips each had 3 hits to lead the way for Hope. Tanasia Young hit and inside the park HR for the Lady Cats and drove in 3 runs. Bella Elliott, Kelcy Carrigan each had a pair of hits. Mycah Bradley finished the game with 2 RBI and a hit. Madison Phillps, Makenzie Johnson, and Chyna Tolliver each reached base safely. 

Great season for both of these squads and they will each look build on this season next year with a lot of returning players coming back.
