Bismarck- The Lady Wolves started off their district tournament on a great note, knocking off the host team Monday night 38-37 in a nail-biter. Prescott led at the half 25-18 and held off a tough Bismarck team late to secure the win. Jessica Ortiz stole the ball with 13 seconds remaining and went down and scored what would prove to be the winning basket. Prescott ended the game with a great defensive possession to top the Lady Lions. Jade Sharp led the Wolves in scoring with 12 points. Emari Britton scored 11, JaMesha Burtons scored 9, and Jessica Ortiz added 6 points. The Lady Wolves are set to play Haskell Harmony Grove Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
