Lance Hawley

Hope- The Lady Wolves had a great showing this past weekend at the DMAC Tournament as they finished in 3rd place in their bracket, winning games against Cutter Morning Star and Arkadelphia.

Friday night:    Prescott 7        Cutter Morning Star 1

Lainey Robbins was dominant Friday night as silenced the bats of the opposing team, limiting them to just 1 run on 2 hits, striking out 8 batters in the process as she earned the win. Lilly McKinnon had a great night at the plate with a double and a single and added an RBI. Harlee Faulkner added a single. All-around great team defense in this game.

Saturday:         Prescott 3        Dierks 7

The early game for the Lady Wolves did not go the way Prescott intended for it to go as they dropped the game to Dierks 7-3. Defensively a very challenging game, but the Lady Wolves fought hard and kept the game manageable and in reach. Lilly McKinnon had an RBI single in this game, as Kailee Reese and Tori Franklin each had a double. Lainey Robbins chipped in a single to round out the offense for the Lady Wolves.

                        Prescott 15      Arkadelphia 1

The Lady Wolves claimed 3rd place with a dominating win over the Lady Badgers from Arkadelphia 15-1. Lainey Robbins tossed a 1 hitter while striking out 5 batters in the win. Lilly McKinnon had a great game at the plate blasting a homerun and a double, while driving in 5 runs. Kailee Reese also had a homerun and a single driving in 3 runs of her own. Harlee Faulkner recorded a single, double, and a triple from the plate as she proved to be a tough out for Lady Badgers pithcing. Kadence Formby drove in 3 runs and had a single, as Jodee McKinnon, Carlee Glass, and Lainey Robbins each had 2 singles each. Kyla Joseph and Tori Franklin rounded out the offense with singles.  Great tournament for the Lady Wolves as they ended it on a great note with excellent pitching and defense, as well as a monster performance from the offense Saturday night.
