Lady Wolves win last game, Formby selected for FCA All-Star

The Prescott Lady Wolves competed against the Centerpoint Lady Knights last week for the last game of the season and took home the win with a final score of 10-5. For the last game of the season, Seniors Kamryn Collier and Brooke Formby led the way with doubles and singles, along with Kadence Formby who had a double and a single, as well. (See full game report below for stats.)

Coach Mike Godwin said that he is proud of the team's last game, and that the two seniors will be greatly missed. "Our last game, we finished strong", Godwin said. "Hopefully, having the win for our last game can get us in the right mental aspect to start season for next year. We will miss our two seniors, Brooke and Kamryn. They have been in the softball program for four years and have done a great job. I wish them the best as they graduate Prescott High School."

One of those seniors, Brooke Formby, has been selected to play in FCA All-Star softball game next month, representing Arkansas in the game against Texas. Brooke Formby and the rest of the Arkansas team will compete at the 2022 FCA All-Star Showcase in Texarkana on Wednesday, June 15 at 6pm.
