The Lance & Associates Real Estate Team
Numerous members of the community filled with Yuletide joy attended the annual Lance & Associates Real Estate Christmas Chamber Community Coffee this morning. Since 2006, it’s been a tradition that Lance & Associates host the last Community Coffee of the year, and the Lance & Associates group delivered another successful event this year full of cheer and community camaraderie.Â
Local citizens were delighted with the spread catered by Amigo Juan with tasty little steak bites, Baja Chicken Soup, jalapeno mac and cheese bites, plus other delicious finger foods. And, of course, the churros! Plenty of sweet treats were available for passers-by, but the churros were a big hit with participants, tempting some to mosey on by the dessert table more than a few times. In addition to the festive feast, small gifts were on display for those in attendance to receive. Insulated Cups and cozy gloves printed with the Lance & Associates Real Estate name were given to every person at the event, and many could be seen happily receiving these small tokens of appreciation.
Lance & Associates sales rep, and newest on the team, Gayle Dixon said he was excited about the huge turnout at the Coffee. Originally from Hope but recently returned, Gayle said it was great to see so many people show up for the event, “This has been wonderful,” Gayle said. “I was able to visit with people I haven't seen for many years. Being back in Hope and seeing all the members of the community show up today feels like coming home.”
Steve Lance, Owner/Principal Broker of Lance & Associates, said he was awestruck at seeing the sizable crowd today, and he and the rest of the Lance & Associates crew were thrilled to be able continue the tradition of hosting the year’s last Chamber Community Coffee. “Events like these are essential for building community relationships and we are honored to be able to participate in this meaningful tradition,” Steve said. “Seeing people from churches, schools, banks, the city, the college, and many other different organizations show up at our Coffee is amazing. It’s very humbling to have this kind of turnout and to see so many friends, family, and associates show up at the log-cabin office to show their support.”
That they did. Representatives from various businesses and organizations around the community could be seen mingling, laughing, and enjoying the holiday feast. Steve’s mom, Lucile Lance, along with his nephew Garrett, even traveled from Mena to attend the holiday social. As 2021 winds to a close, the last Chamber Community Coffee of the year at Lance & Associates seemed the appropriate send-off as everyone begins preparations for the Christmas holiday and the upcoming new year. Today’s successful community gathering full of joy and neighborly goodwill presented a cheerful model for 2022, as well as an eager anticipation for what the new year will bring with a generous, devoted community at its helm.
