Decor was farm fresh themed with Lance & Associate’s swag, tables sporting ‘SOLD’ signs along with information on how to get ahold of our local neighborhood real estate agents. 

Sweet and savory snacks were served to guests as they mingled about. Strawberries, blueberries, grapes, croissants, mini muffins, cinnamon rolls and a round tin containing juice and drinks were there for patrons. 

Broker, Steve Lance said a few words to begin the coffee, “I would like to thank you all for coming out to our community coffee this morning. I’d like to introduce my wife, Cindy, we started this business in 2006 so that's how long Lance & Associates has been in operation. Mrs Cindy Lance sweetly chimed in saying, “and by “we” he means I'm the mouse in his pocket.” 

Lance went on to introduce the rest of the team, “The people that I’m introducing next are Prescott natives. Lindsey Townsend is our office manager and executive broker, she is a great asset to our company. Lizzy Hale is the new agent with us so we definitely want to promote and show our appreciation for Lizzy this morning. Trenace is not here today but all of these wonderful hard working ladies, they all have Prescott connections and we’re proud of that. Let us know how we can help you. We want to be a part of the community and we appreciate this time and you all being here today,” Lance said. 

The first coffee of many, Executive Broker Lindsey Townsend said, “Nevada County is my home. It always will be my home. Once a Curly Wolf, always a Curly Wolf. We're are just glad to be here. Hopefully we can make this yearly thing. We absolutely love Nevada County.” 

Executive Director of the Prescott, Nevada Chamber of Commerce, Jamie Hillery was in attendance and said, “I am proud to have Lance and Associates host this morning’s community coffee. I look forward to our ever growing relationship and doing business here in Nevada County.”
