The fall-themed event featured festive pumpkins, a beautiful flower arrangement as the table centerpiece, and a delicious spread of both sweet and savory snacks, including sausage bites, cheese cubes, muffins, chocolates, and pretzels.

Owner Steve Lance shared his appreciation for the Prescott community and announced recent changes within the company

New Executive Broker Lindsey Townsend also expressed her gratitude for the warm turnout and her excitement for the future of Lance & Associates.

“Our team at Lance & Associates is always glad to be in the Prescott area. It’s a good day anytime we can visit with old friends, and we truly appreciate everyone who came out this morning,” said Lance. “Lizzy Hale and Lindsey Townsend did a wonderful job putting this event together. We’ve made a few changes in the company. I’ve stepped away from the role of principal broker and passed the reins to Lindsey. Nothing drastic has changed, but I wanted to put the business in younger, capable hands to help guide it into the future. We’re confident the company is strong and in great shape for what’s ahead.”
