Lee Appointed to Tom Bean Board of Directors

The First National Bank of Tom Bean has announced the appointment of Brian Lee as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors.

According to FNBTB CEO, Ronnie Bridges, "Vice President Brain Lee has been a tremendous asset to the First National Bank of Tom Bean- Hope Branch and to the Bank as a whole. Lee’s banking experience, analytical skills, strategic thinking, personality, and commonsense approach all coalesce into an excellent banker, manager, and leader.”

Lee has been a member of the local community his entire life growing up on a farm in Springhill, 6 miles south of Hope. Lee is a 2003 graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a BA in finance. Lee has served the local communities in the financial industry since 2003. This provided him with 17 years of banking experience not only as a lender but as a processor, credit analyst, branch manager, CSR, and teller as well.

Lee is the current sitting president of the United Way board of directors, Chair of the Finance Committee as well as member of the Board of Directors of the Springhill Christian Church, and member of the Kiwanis club. Lee is a past board member of the Hope Chamber of Commerce in Hope Kiwanis.

The First National Bank of Tom Bean was established in 1906 and has been serving local community needs for over 110 years. With locations already operating in Tom Bean, TX, Clarksville, TX, and Lewisville, AR. The Board of Directors opened their fourth location in Hope, AR in April 2017. Since the initial loan was made from that modular office on Hervey Street the staff has grown from only four employees to 10 staff members with over 205 years of combined banking experience.

The First National Bank of Tom Bean- Hope Branch offers a variety of services that allow customers the opportunity of a face-to-face old-fashioned community banking experience. They pride themselves on the fact that decisions are made by local people in a timely manner to create a one stop shop banking experience.
