This summons is directed to the above-named Defendants, to any other persons who may have an interest in these proceedings and to the entire world.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Circuit Court, Hempstead County, Arkansas , in an action entitled Complaint to Quiet Title After Tax Sale , as described below, by CITY OF HEMPSTEAD COUNTY ASSESSOR. This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to  GORDON PATE, HEIR OF GORDON PATE, CARRIGAN ROUTON LAND CO , AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS  . This Summons is also directed to any other successors in interest to  GORDON PATE, HEIR OF GORDON PATE, CARRIGAN ROUTON LAND CO , AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS  and all other persons or entities who might claim an interest in the Real Estate or these proceedings and whose identities and addresses are unknown to Plaintiff.

The purpose of the proceeding is to quiet title to the Real Estate in Plaintiff and the parties being sued claim some interest in the Real Estate.
