Last week's Lions Club meeting featured an appearance by two Hope High School band directors who provided an update on the success of the band, which is moving up the rankings in marching band contests this season. Band booster president Julie Russell was also present.

After the meeting, the Lions Club voted to make a donation to the Band Boosters.
