Forty-two contestants from several counties and their families attended the 4-H Club awards dinner. Over $18,000 in prizes were given to the contestants ages three to eighteen. Saddles, Buckles, Saddle Pads, Halters and equine health products were given out.

The 4-H Club is led by Lacey Jo Singleton of Hope with volunteers from several other counties. The group holds their horse shows at the Rafter J Cowboy Church Arena located on Highway 29 South. Thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors, parents, grandparents and Rafter J Cowboy Church who make this possible
