APEX Communications, headquartered in Wynne Arkansas, is Arkansas’s largest local AT&T Authorized
retailer with 27 locations across the state and 2 in Eastern Oklahoma. APEX was started in 2000 by Randal
Caldwell, Jay Caldwell and Tim McNatt after the sale of United Medical. APEX is consistently ranked #1 by
AT&T in the KAMO (Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma) market because of an excellent team of
people---and the relationships that we have in each of our local communities. Our overall team was recently
recognized as #1 in the Nation for AT&T.

We are invested in each community. In Wynne, APEX is a local supporter of many school events, charities
and consistently invests back into the community. Randal and Jay have invested their lives in the community,
serving on numerous boards, commissions and in a variety of leadership positions. Tim spent 16 years in
Wynne as well developing hundreds of relationships. APEX is blessed to be a part of this community as well
as the fine community of Hope. We are members of the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce.
