Hope, Ark. The Hope chapter of Junior Auxiliary will celebrate National Junior Auxiliary Week April 3-8. The organization, whose primary focus is helping children and meeting community needs, has several activities planned for the week.
“Some of the things we have planned to celebrate are a JA Week proclamation from the Hope mayor, a “Business After Hours” event, treating all Hempstead County teachers and school staff to donuts, and a giveaway of family games and puzzles at the Hempstead County Library,” said public relations chair Holli Boyett. “We want JA week to be a combination of celebrating our accomplishments while continuing to serve our community, so you’ll see a little of both - celebrating our accomplishments and partnerships through Business After Hours and giving back through donuts to local school staff and giving away board games to local families,” said Boyett.Â
The public is invited to attend the Business After Hours event which will take place on Tuesday, April 5 from 4:30-6 at the Hope Chamber of Commerce. “Come network and enjoy refreshments with Junior Auxiliary of Hope as we celebrate National JA week and reveal the number of hours our chapter has served in the community this program year.” Â
