Mandatory Closure for all Local/Statewide Schools in Arkansas

In the interest of keeping our communities safe due to the threat of COVID-19, local and statewide school closure is in effect for a period of time. School closings in the area are listed below.

Hope Public Schools will close at 1 pm Monday, March 16th, 2020 and will be closed for the remainder of the week. AMI days 1-4 will be used to make up these days. As of now classes are set to resume on Monday, March 30, 2020.

Spring Hill School district is dismissed on Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020. Students should complete AMI work for days 1-5. The following week school will be out for spring break. Spring Hill School nurse, Tracey Moore will be at the school in the morning from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for those parents that need to pick up medications.

Prescott Schools will close Monday, March 16, 2020 and resume classes March 30, 2020. AMI days will be used for those 4 days. The following week school will be out for spring break.

Blevins school district will close Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, March 20. 2020. Students have AMI packets for those days. The following week, no school for spring break.

Garrett Memorial Christian School will close effective immediately until March 30, 2020.

The UAHT campuses will close to students effective immediately and remain closed until the end of spring break, March 27, 2020. This closure does not affect online classes, they will continue as scheduled.
