On Wednesday December 9, 2020, Sheriff James Singleton presented Deputy Manuel Rodriguez the Hempstead County Deputy of the year award.    

Deputy Rodriguez has been with the sheriff’s office 2 years after graduating the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy he was assigned to the patrol division. Deputy Rodriguez is an outstanding example of a public servant and Law Enforcement Officer and represents Hempstead County in a professional manner.

On Behalf of the men and women of the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office I offer my sincere congratulations to Deputy Rodriguez on being named Deputy of the Year for 2020.
