The Hope Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Missing Person. Thalia Zarate, 22, of Hope was reported missing from the 400 block of East 13th Street on Tuesday. Zarate was last seen on Tuesday, December 2nd at about 12:30am and was wearing a bright yellow jacket, white boots and white pajama pants.
