Community members are invited to kick off the new year with intention and creativity at Mix, Mingles, & Mocktails, a hands-on Dry January mocktail class taking place Tuesday, January 27, at 5:30 p.m. at Hempstead Hall.

Designed for those participating in Dry January, exploring mindful drinking, or simply interested in elevated non-alcoholic beverages, the class will guide participants through the art of crafting sophisticated zero-proof mocktails. Attendees will learn how to build balanced, flavorful drinks using fresh herbs, citrus, infused syrups, and elegant garnishes.

The evening combines practical instruction with a relaxed, social atmosphere. Participants will mix and taste a variety of mocktails, gain useful techniques for home entertaining, and leave with a personal bar kit and recipes to recreate the experience beyond January.

The cost to attend is $75 per person.
