The conservation district will pay $10.00 per beaver tail. The district proposes to
pay for beavers during the fiscal year 2025-2026.

Beaver harvesters must file a written application with the conservation district
before they begin harvesting. Both the landowner and harvester are required to
sign affidavits to the effect that the beavers were harvested from property in
Nevada County. A copy of the rules and regulations will be provided the
landowner and the trapper.
