The Nevada County Quorum Court met for their May meeting last night at he Nevada County Courthouse. Many issues were tabled until the return of Judge Otwell who is out of town, but two ordinances were passed for budget adjustments and the JPs heard committee reports from Stacey Stone and Jamie Hillery. Stone said Brandon and Megan Tullis were selected as Farm Family of the Year, and Hillery share the sucess of the recent banquet and crawfish boil.

The issues tabled were about vehicle tracking devices and raises for courthouse employees and county truck drivers.
