Nevada Tops Hermits 74-47
Nevada- Thursday night the Blue Jays played host to Hermitage, as the Jays would mathematically clinch the 1-seed with the win. The Blue Jays led 39-24 at the half. Nevada would come out on a mission after the half and put the game out of reach, as they outscored the Hermits 21-8 in the third quarter to put the game out of reach. The Jays would cruise to a 74-47 win and clinch the conference championship. "The guys have worked hard all year and they took care of business tonight," Coach Jamario Bell said.

Kavion Coleman lit up the scoreboard for 23 points and also grabbed 10 rebounds to help propel the Jays to victory. Brycten Harris continues to display a great brand of basketball as he scored 21 points, had 7 rebounds, and 4 assists. Justin Myrick added 11 points, including three 3-pointers, Cardi Adair had 8 points and 9 rebounds, and Kobe Hughey had 5 points and 7 rebounds. Caleb Moss, Nate Gibbs, and Nijhae Nolan each scored 2 points for the Blue Jays.
